Publications Officer


Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary: £25,000 per annum + benefits

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Southwark, London

We are now looking for a new Publications Officer to join our dynamic Product Management & Development team.

The role will work across a group of internal and external stakeholders. An empathy with high customer service standards is a prerequisite of the role. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of items, ranging from syllabuses and exam papers to promotional items such as leaflets, banners and adverts. You will also be accountable for proofreading items, producing graphics including infographics for our exam papers and ensuring all items produced comply with Trinity brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will have experience and expertise in use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will have the ability to multi-task and work effectively alone and in a team. Equally, you will be a great communicator and have excellent attention to detail.

Accounts Payable Administrator

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary: £27,000 per annum + benefits

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Location: East Croydon (only 10 mins from London Victoria and Clapham Junction)

 

Trinity is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our European Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all Accounts Payable duties for the European Hub.

This role will help to raise the profile of the European Hub Finance team and move forward the concept of finance as a ‘service’ not just a processing function by driving finance interaction and support to Trinity’s network on accounting related issues.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with the central Finance team to deliver a high quality finance service and to provide cover and support to the Accounts Receivable team as required.

Whether you are fully / part AAT qualified or an equivalent qualification, you must have experience of working within Finance in an Accounts Payable role. You will have excellent IT skills and ideally have some experience of using Sun Accounting System. You will have the ability to work with a high level of accuracy, across a multi-site operation and will be a clear communicator.
