In Croydon, our centre is hard at work, supporting candidates taking the test as are our centres nationwide. To give them vital support we need a professional customer focused individual with first class communication skills.

Trinity is seeking to recruit a Registrar. Playing a key role to the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the candidates are registered by following the SELT ID policy and procedure together with, associated administrative functions on a day to day basis. You will play a crucial role in promoting a secure and safe exam environment, ensuring full compliance with Trinity’s examination policies and procedures to maintain the security and integrity of our exams. There will also be times when you will be required to step up and oversea the smooth running of the centre.

To be successful in this role, you will be tenacious, have an appetite for delivering excellent customer service and compliance. As well as:

 

  • Respectable level of general education
  • Ability to portray a professional image at all times both internally and externally
  • Multifaceted in communication, time management, planning, organisational and interpersonal skills

Senior Management Accountant

Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £60,000
Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday
Location: Southwark, London

They currently deliver over 600,000 assessments each year worldwide in more than 60 countries around the world. They are based in fabulous offices about 10 minutes’ walk from Waterloo, Blackfriars and London Bridge stations.

Reporting to the Finance Director this is a critical role in the team. You will adopt a business partnering approach to support Directors and budget holders, providing them with meaningful reporting monthly. You must be capable of challenging managers and provide them with robust information which will assist them with their decision making processes. You will be instrumental in the budget setting process and will have the ability to build budget monitoring systems. The organisation is consistently developing new projects, preparing and amending marketing plans and tendering for new business and this role will provide financial analysis in those areas.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record working in an accounting department within a Management Accountant role. As well as:

 

  • Fully qualified accountant with well-honed interpersonal skills. 
  • Extensive experience of management reporting (including writing valuable commentary), budgeting, financial analysis and year end audit and statutory reporting.
  • Strong IT skills are required with preferably knowledge of Sun and Vision (Q&A).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel skills is vital with experience of pivot tables, vlookups and dealing with a large volume of data.
  • Agile approach and enjoy working in an environment which will require you to embrace changing priorities quickly.

Sector Support Manager - Languages

Location: East Croydon (only 20 minutes from Central London stations and 10 minutes from Clapham Junction)

 

Trinity is seeking to recruiting a Sector Support Manager to support a range of organisations delivering our language qualifications, supporting our key strategic aim in the UK and Ireland of providing excellent service to current customers and retaining them year on year. You’ll be a key figure building participation in English language exams as you plan effective support for the professionals in our registered exam centres. You’ll establish strong relationships with a portfolio of centres delivering our qualifications, supporting them from the onboarding process through to exam follow up and you will be a key voice of the customer within Trinity ensuring our strategy and support meet their needs. Your career to date is driven by your passion for language education. You’ve built a proven management record, including managing projects and using data to drive improvements, as well as managing portfolio key customer accounts.

This is your opportunity to shape a new role within a key new team in an established exam board that continues to go from strength to strength.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Team Leader at one of our four busiest SELT Centres; Birmingham, Holborn, Hammersmith or Croydon. The purpose of the role is to strengthen management structures. As Team Leader this new role will provide much needed support in making us better able to deliver a quality and efficient service.  Reporting to the SELT Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and keeping abreast of the day to day operations within the SELT Centre. You will be required to ensure a smooth operation of various processes and adherence to Trinitys’ policies, procedures as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain the security and integrity of the tests

Playing a deputising role to the team, you will, deliver supervisory administrative support to the centre and reinforce the local marketing and wider business development strategies. Operating in a Team Leader capacity, you will support training and development needs of centre staff, carry out quality checks, act as first escalation point for candidate/examiner complaints; whilst superintending for the Centre Manager in their absence.

We are looking for team members who will work to ensure the staff are happy and well-supported so the business can run smoothly, organise and delegate their workload as well as monitoring them to make sure it’s done correctly.
